Art, Peace and Bertha von Suttner 100 years ago the austrian peaceworker and writer Bertha von Suttner won the Nobel Price for Peace. Reason enough for six young artists to creativley "think" about Peace and Art today.
A contest and exhibition for younger generation artists on the topic of peace was initiated by PIA and is taking place in cooperation with the well known Austrian art gallery Galerie3 and the Bank Austria in June 2005. Six carinthian artists have been invited to join the competition. You can see the results from June 16th till the 9th of July at Galerie 3 (www.galerie3.at) in Klagenfurt, Austria.
